250 ml (1cup) whipping cream
50 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
15 ml (1tbsp) cornstarch or modified starch
150 g (1/2 cup) whipped cream cheese
45 ml (3 tbsp) butter
4 apples
Cooked tart shells
1. Pour maple syrup and cornstarch into mixer, mix at high speed. Add cream until consistent. Add cream cheese gradually. Slice apples and braise in butter. Fill cooked tart shells with maple preparation and arrange apples in fan pattern. Top with maple glaze.
