Beat eggs while slowly adding all ingredients except peaches. |

Pour into ovenproof custard cups and place them in a deep baking pan. Fill the pan with hot water about 1/2 ways up the sides of the cups. |

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 40-50 min. Add optional peaches after 20 min. if desired. |

Remove cups from pan and cool. Then thoroughly chill before serving. |
