1 1/2cups Clementine segments
1 1/2 cups pineapple pieces
1/3 cup maple sugar or syrup
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup oatmeal
2 English muffins, finely chipped
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup butter
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange the Clementine and pineapple pieces in a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with the maple sugar and set aside. In a bowl, mix together the flour, oatmeal, muffin pieces, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and butter. Spread this over the fruit and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes.
