Preheat the oven to 400°F. Brush the melted butter onto both sides of the bread slices; press them into 4 oven-proof ramekins; set aside.

In a bowl, blend the eggs, orange zest, vanilla essence, milk and yogurt. Fold in the blueberries with a spatula. Divide the mixture
among the four ramekins and place them in a baking dish half-filled with water. Reduce the oven temperature to
350°F and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
