Base
900 g (4 1/2 cups) peeled and sliced apples
30 g (2 tbs.) all-purpose (plain) flour
160 g (3/4 cup) white sugar
100 ml (1/2 cup) 100% Pure Maple Syrup
5 g (1 tsp.) cinnamon

Topping
325 g (1 1/2 cups) oatmeal
325 g (1 1/2 cups) all-purpose (plain) flour
100 ml (1/2 cup) 100% Pure Maple Syrup
160 ml (3/4 cup) melted butter
5 g (1 tsp.) baking soda
5 g (1 tsp.) baking powder
100g (1/2 cup) chopped nuts
1. For base, mix all ingredients and put in a non-greased 23 x 30 cm (9 x 12 inch) baking dish. Combine topping ingredients and spread on top of base. Bake 40 minutes at 350 °F (175°C). Serve with ice cream or whipped cream and 100% Pure Maple Syrup.
