1/2 cup butter
1 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. baking powder, dissolved in a little water
3/4 cup shredded coconut
1 cup wheat flakes
3/4 cup flour
1. Preheat the oven to 275°F.
2. In a pan, bring the butter, maple syrup and the baking powder to a boil; stir well.
3. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the shredded coconut, wheat flakes and flour.
4. Place large spoonful of the batter on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
