250 ml (1 cup) whipping cream
50 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
15 ml (1tbsp) corn starch or modified starch
Small berries or sliced fruit
Crepes
1. Mix maple syrup and corn starch in mixer, mix at high speed. Add cream until consistent. Add small berries or sliced fruit. Use this preparation to fill crepes. Serve with maple syrup.
