3 cups flour 3 Tbsp. baking powder 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups maple syrup 1/2 cup butter 3 eggs, beaten Pinch of salt 1. Cream the butter and add the sugar gradually. Add the beaten eggs, then the maple syrup. Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add slowly to the first mixture, stirring constantly. Place in greased cake mold.
