Pastry - 1 cooked pie shell

Filling
225 ml (1 cup) 100% Pure Maple Syrup
100 ml (1/2 cup) light (single) cream
100 g (1/2 cup) all-purpose (plain) flour
100 ml (1/2 cup) water
Nuts or coconut
1. Mix flour with water. Add to boiling Pure Maple Syrup. Stir and allow to thicken. Add cream. Cool and pour into already cooked pie shell. Sprinkle with chopped nuts or coconut.
