250 ml (1 cup) whipping cream
50 ml (1/4 cup) maple syrup
200 g (8 oz) strawberries
15 ml (1 tbsp) corn starch or modified starch
Crepes
1. Pour maple syrup and corn starch into mixes and mix at high speed. Add cream gradually until consistent. Add a few strawberries to mixture and fill crepes. Top crepes with strawberry slices and serve with maple syrup.
