In a large bowl, stir together the orange juice, maple syrup, vinegar, olive oil, molasses,
Worcestershire sauce, Soya sauce, ketchup and paprika. Add the fish fillets and gently rub in the
marinade until well impregnated; cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

Cook for 12 to 15 minutes on a barbeque grill covered with aluminium foil, or bake in a 450°F oven;
brush with the remaining marinade during the cooking. Serve with vegetable kebabs and green salad.
