6 to 8 slices of bread
3 eggs
100 ml (1/2 cup) Maple Syrup
225 ml (1 cup) milk
50 ml (1/4 cup) light (single) cream
Salt
Nutmeg
1. Remove crusts from slices of bread. Beat eggs until light, add Maple Syrup, cream, milk, salt and nutmeg. Dip slices of bread one at a time in the egg mixture and fry both sides in butter.
