8 medium carrots
45 g (3 tbs.) butter
50 ml (1/4 cup) Maple Syrup
2.5 g (1/2 tsp.) ginger or brown sugar

Slice carrots. Boil until tender, drain Melt butter. Add maple syrup and ginger or sugar. Simmer carrots in maple syrup mixture until glazed.
Note:
This glaze also works with beets and pork chops
