Combine the orange juice concentrate, maple syrup, garlic and soy sauce in a glass-baking dish just large enough to hold the salmon in a single layer. Mix well

Place salmon in orange mixture, turning to coat well on both sides.

Marinate in refrigerator for up to 4 hours.

Grill salmon over medium heat on a frill or frill pan lightly coated with oil.

Spoon marinate over fish during first 5 minutes of cooking; turn and cook for 5 minutes longer for salmon cut 1-in (2.5 cm) thick or until salmon is opaque
and flakes easily with a fork. Add 10 minutes of cooking time per each additional 1-in (2.5 cm) of thickness. Garnish with orange slices and parsley, if you like.
