3 sheets Phyllo pastry
2 tbsp. melted butter
6 oz. Camembert cheese, cut into 12 slices
1/4 cup maple chips (maple sugar)
2 cups salad green
Maple Dressing
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. On a work surface, stack 3 sheets of Phyllo pastry which have been brushed with melted butter, cut into 12 equal rectangles. Top each with cheese and maple chips, and fold the pastry around the filling to form bundles. Place the bundles on the buttered cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until they are nicely golden.
3. Serve on a bed of salad greens and sprinkle with the Maple Dressing.
