1/2 cup olive oils
1/4 cup wine vinegar
2 tbsp. chopped shallots
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
24 fresh oysters, opened
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

In a bowl, mix together the oil, vinegar, shallots, maple syrup, teriyaki sauce and pepper.

To serve, pour the dressing over the oysters and sprinkle with the parsley.
